About Me

Charlotte Reynolds mBACP.DIP.Couns

Hello, I'm Charlotte Reynolds. I am a qualified trauma-informed, Integrative counsellor with experience working with adults, children, and young people.  I have specific experience working with those who have experienced trauma as well as people who suffer or have suffered with anxiety, loss/bereavement, relationship breakdown, depression, addiction, post traumatic stress and more.

I offer a compassionate and confidential space in which to support you in finding your own way forward in coping with any challenges or difficulties you may be experiencing.

Experiencing trauma can effect everyone differently. You might feel scared, anxious, angry, disappointed, ashamed, all-consuming loneliness, or all of these and more. Your story is unique to you, and we work at your pace, not mine.

In addition to working in private practice, I also work as a counsellor for a charity offering support for anyone affected by suicide or domestic abuse. I have previously volunteered for an Oxfordshire school and for a Wiltshire charity working with a broad range of mental health issues, both long and short-term.

My experience working with clients in these settings has been diverse and rich, which has given me a thorough understanding of human nature and people's ability to change.

So, if you are ready, book an initial chat with me (it's free) so we can get to know each other and see if its a good fit.

I am fully insured, have a full DBS check and am a registered member of the BACP number 00970267
